Why Early Assessment Matters
A significant knee injury can feel overwhelming. You might be unsure what you've done, whether you need surgery, and how long you'll be out of action. Getting specialist assessment early means a clear diagnosis, a plan, and the confidence that you're on the right path from the start.

- Treatment planning - Discussion of all options including conservative and surgical pathways.
- Surgical referral coordination - When surgery is appropriate, I coordinate referral to trusted orthopaedic knee surgeons.

Do I Need Surgery?
Not all acute knee injuries require surgery. I will explain your specific injury, the evidence for and against surgical intervention, and help you make an informed decision. If surgery is the best option, I work with experienced orthopaedic knee surgeons on the Sunshine Coast and in Brisbane, and provide pre- and post-operative care.
